Frequently Asked Questions

How does the waitlist work?

The waitlist is designed to help us match individuals with the most appropriate opening. Once you submit your application, you are added to our queue. We review move-in ideal timeframes and specific support needs to ensure the right fit.

Who qualifies for your housing?

To qualify for placement, applicants must be experiencing homelessness and seeking shared, supportive housing. Applicants must also have a stable source of income. Accepted income sources include Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), employment income, or other verifiable income.

How can I update my information?

If your situation changes or you need to update contact details, you can resubmit the form with a note in the open field, or contact us directly through our office phone or email listed on the site.

How long is the typical wait time?

Wait times vary depending on the city and the type of housing requested. Because we prioritize compatibility and safety, timing can fluctuate. Our team will reach out as soon as a suitable space becomes available.

What happens after I submit the form?

After submission, your info is recorded in our system. If we have a vacancy that matches your criteria, we will contact you via your preferred method to discuss next steps, including a more detailed assessment.

Is the housing temporary or long-term?

We offer both short-term stabilization and long-term shared housing options. Our goal is to provide a safe foundation as long as the support is needed for community stability and dignity.
